Here at 8 hours sleep we are not happy unless you are happy with your purchase.

If you are not happy with your purchase please contact us within 5 days of receipt of goods through the contact us tab on our website or by emailing us at info@8hourssleep.com.au.
 
We will try to resolve any issue, if we are unable to resolve your issue for any reason we will exchange or replace your purchase on receipt of returned goods as per below.

Goods must be returned by you to us unused, unwashed and in their original packaging.

Please understand that we do not offer refunds or exchanges on sale items and we do not offer refunds for change of mind purchases.
